To the entire Papineau family, my sincerest and deepest condolences.
Val was a custodian when I first became a teacher in Central Falls (29years ago). He always had a smile and a kind word. We shared many laughs while at the Broad Street School!
Whenever I needed anything...he was right there. Once, I needed a table or desk for my teaching assistant...he found this beautiful old oak table in the basement...brought it to my classroom and coached me in refinishing it!
You may never know the countless lives he touched throughout the years...and I am just merely one of them. I am so grateful that the journeys of our lives crossed paths.
Rest in peace dear Val...always remembered with fondness and love.
